Is Brett Cecil a top prospect(10 points)? ?
He is currently playing triple a syracuse, the jays affiliate.
What i mean by top prospect is will he crack baseball america’s top 100 list. In 2008 he wasn’t on it but where will he be on the list in 2009.
I am asking this becuase he has done well in the minors and has garnered comparisons to top prospect david price.
Also will any other blue jays prospects make the list (excluding snider, cecil).
He is ok but not great. he will crack the top 100
